Earliest sign of pregnancy?

For all you moms out there: besides a missed period, what was your earliest sign of  pregnancy?

I'm not far enough along in my cycle to have missed my period, but my husband and I had sex several times during my fertility window and I have felt like I have had menstrual cramps ever since. Otherwise, everything is seemingly normal.

My uterus felt "sore and achy" for quite a few days after my fertile window and I got my BFP a few days ago! Baby dust!!!

First pregnancy, I had lower abdominal and back pain before getting the "normal" symptoms (sore breasts, missed period).
Second, chemical pregnancy...
Third, no symptoms whatsoever.
