Belly bands/compression underwear/support ?

Anyone use these during there pregnancy . I need some support of some sort that I can hide under clothes. So nothing too bulky . But I am very uncomfortable and the extra weight I have (which is literally all baby) is taking a toll on me ? Please any suggestions ? FYI I am 29w2d

I use a belly band.. it's amazing!! Definitely helps my back!

I'm going to have to go get a belly band on my days off, my back has been killing me; japanese mint oil and tennis ball therapy has helped... but I want something to avoid it completely.

Does the belly band go past your pants ? I don't have the problem of needing to hide my buttons or anything

I have a belly band which helps tremendously. I bought it at target (Be Band brand) for under $20. It has helped me for sure. I also have a pregnancy tank top I got from an outlet store here. It's stretchy material just like the belt band, I like it because it supports my boobs and my belly lol.
