I need some honest advice please!

I started birth control pills about one and half months ago. I'm sexually active, I use protection with condoms, haven't missed a day with the pills. Although, the condom broke while using spermicide condoms. Few days after my period, around my fertile week I had creamy white discharge and slight hip cramping. Is this because of my body is getting used of the pill? Should I be worried?
