According to Glow, I'm on the 2nd day of my fertile window which is good BUT as I sit here at work, I have these light cramps. Wouldn't even call it a cramp, just little twinges of slight discomfort. Lol. So I'm wondering if I could possibly be ovulating even tho I'm not due until the 23rd for that (according to the app). Guess I'll go BD when I get home just in case! 😎 What do you ladies think?

Go for it! You could be ovulating early.

I would just use glow as a general guideline. Every body is different and the more in tune with it you will start to notice more. Check your cm. You will have ewcm until right after you ovulate than it will dry up really fast.

I use Ovia for accurate fertility tracking. After a few cycles of logging symptoms it gets to know your body well and suggests other times for ovulation based on your symptoms. Glow always gets mine wrong. I wish they would fix that.. if you want super accuracy for fertility tracking, you should track your basal body tempurature. Ovia will tell you when you'll ovulate based off of that as well. Glow has a spot for tracking it but they don't make changes
