5 wks 5 days cramping

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone has experienced lower right... Almost by bikini line( lymph nodes) I have a cold... But they kind of have always hurt.. And now I feel like the cramping has moved up by right hip bone or just below... It's all day and makes me feel a little nauseous. I had light brown bleeding a week ago.. Can't get into doctor for over a week. Normal? 🙏🏻
