Baby Max is due Oct 20th and we already have grandparents calling dibs on holidays. To go to the in-laws for Thanksgiving it would be a 2 1/2 hour drive with a roughly one month old surrounded by at least 20 people (and an untrained dog). And to do my family at Christmas there would be about 30+ people.

I'm trying to be relaxed about germs but I worry about that many people being around him. Plus I have a cousin who doesnt vaccinate her kids so I wouldn't want them to be around him. And I have nephews that all ALWAYS dripping with snot.

How long did you all wait before having your little one around a bunch of family members?
