How to quit smoking
So a couple weeks ago I found out I was pregnant. I am a smoker (cigarettes not weed) and I'm trying my hardest to quit. With my first pregnancy 3 years ago I tried quitting cold turkey and ended up passing out multiple times and having issues. My OB said not to quit cold turkey and to cut back as much as I could but quitting cold turkey could actual cause more harm to the baby due to stress. This time I really really want to fully quit. I've smoked maybe 4 cigarettes in the last 3 days (compared to at least half a pack a day) but I still find myself stealing one of my boyfriends if I get too stressed (school, toddler, full time work, and horrible symptoms) and I don't feel as if I'm doing a good enough job. And feel like a horrible mother. Please don't judge but give me some worthwhile tips on how to quit this horrible habit for good.
