Positivity needed

Today I had my first ultrasound. Saw the baby and the heartbeat. Rate was slower than we'd like and I was measuring two weeks behind schedule. Scheduled to go back in a week for follow up US with hopes of progress. I'm 38 with a miscarriage in the past... This pregnancy has felt completely different as I've been very symptomatic.

My question for everyone out there... Has anyone been in these shoes with the threat lingering but then continue on with a normal healthy pregnancy??
