I dont know what to do, HELP! PLEASE😭

Destiny • Tue, Jun 21 • Im 25 years old with a eight year old boy. I had been trying to conceive for the past two years. Now pregnant with Rainbow Baby!

I haven't received my flow in more than a month, I have tested twice and BFN. Should I go speak to my doctor? She had already prescribed me some pills so I can get my flow in a regular because we are TTC. It did not work. Can some I need give me some advice please?
