I know it's too early to tell pregnancy. Can your boobs feel weird or sore after conception has occurred??

Experiencing this now 

My boobs would feel sore when I was ovulating.

Idk personally but ive asked this before and many women say the have early pregnancy signs before implantation. Some say it's impossible because you don't technically have the hormone in your body to produce those symptoms yet.
