IUD help!!
I'm 15 and getting an IUD inserted tomorrow morning. I know that it's a painful process, and I'm prepared for that, but I'm rather nervous about it.
Any tips? They told me to bring Ibuprofen with me, and to take some before and after. Other than that, what could help?
I usually throw up when I have bad cramps, and they said that these cramps might be worse then what I'm used to. Should I just treat it like that?
