Does it have to be physical for it to be consider cheating

So i found my husband on dating sites 3 times within a 2 years of being married. Now i can't trust anything he says or does.

Hit wrong one. Meant to put no. Cheating is cheating. There are many different types. Doesn't have to be physically going out and doing it. He obviously had some kind of intention.  He could maybe talk his way through once by multiple times, nope. No excuse in the world.

I hit the wrong button. .. :/  Emotional cheating can at times hurt more than physical.  My heart would be broken if my husband visited or was a member to a site like that.
