Help.. I need advice

Well as you can see this is positive... kinda scared but still excited... I have been having some signs but I haven't gotten to the doctor yet because I took the test this morning taking another one tomorrow morning.. can anyone tell me if these are signs of pregnancy? !

-really strong heartburn with acid reflux sometimes, really strange because I never have heartburn.. and it happens even when I haven't eaten in awhile

-really dizzy and short of breath and tired and I eat to try to rub of the dizzy tired feeling but nothing seems to help.. I just wanna lay in bed all day ?

-aversion to alcohol ... I went out with some friends and went tubing and went brought some bud light and fireball with us and I am normally the girl to drink 10 beers and be ready for some more.. but I could barely finish one before I felt all sick :(

-I spotted for like two hours and nothing since, but I have alot of cramping and gas.

None of these things are normal for me which is why I am freaking out ...

I don't know if these matter at all but before I went to the doctor I wanted to ask you wonderful ladies ...
