Feel pregnant?

Maybe it's my emotions being up and down but there's times when I 'feel' pregnant and then times when I don't! I'm 6 weeks and only had the test but it was done at the doctors after I rang up and said I was a week late with my period! I have all the right symptoms but they come in waves, I've not been sick but I get times when I feel sick and go dizzy but i think I'd feel better if I was sick at least it's a clear sign on morning sickness! Am I worrying over nothing?
