Elevated resting heart rate with BFP?

BFP?" /> I'm two days away from expected AF and have sore boobs but no other signs. I have had an elevated heart rate (anywhere from 88-120 BPM) the last week or so. I was curious if anyone else noticed elevated heart rate or heart palpitations right before BFP?
