Rectal cramps!
Hi guys- this post might have a bit TMI but I'm slightly worried- I'm about 4-5 weeks pregnant and been having this really annoying rectal cramp- it doesn't last long but it's quite painful when it happens. I'm getting scared as I read it's a sign of an ectopic. Is it a normal early pregnancy symptom??
