Supplements while ttc
So I try to work out a min of 3 days a week but no more then 6...I use a pre work out from Beachbody that I LOVE as well as BCAA's...Staying active is my outlet and I hope to continue working out once I finally become pregnant but just want to see if anyone else out there is using these types of supplements while ttc...I know once I am pregnant I can't take them anymore but just wanted thoughts and opinions about them during ttc...
