Fitness post pregnancy
Happy to say I just had my second little man on May 13th and feel great despite the pic!!! Yikes! I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight at 189lbs at 5ft 8in and a BMI of 28.73%. (I feel "good" cause everyone wants that pre preg bod, but I'm looking for something better than just this)...
After having him it's made me realize how much of a healthier mom I want to be to 2 boys💙First time posting something like this and I've got to start somewhere. So here's to healthy eating and exercise!(Just doing workouts at home, I find going on Instagram watching some clips and doing several reps makes for a cheap workout compared to spending money at a gym)-although i would like that too.
