Scared

My husband and I had a miscarriage back in July. It was our first time conceiving and was totally heartbreaking. I was a little over 9 weeks and was totally shocked because I had no bleeding. I had to have a medical miscarriage and it was an awful experience.
We have started trying again and I really want to get pregnant, but I'm terrified that I'll have to go through that again. I've had lots of blood work done and everything came back normal. I know 1 in 3 pregnancies end in miscarriage and it's out of our control.
My question is how do you stay positive and not worry all the time? If we do conceive again I want to be able to enjoy being pregnant and not be scared for 9 months. Does anyone else feel scared even though it's something you desperately want.
Thanks for letting me vent?
