Worried: I need advice...

So I'm 38 Weeks and 4 Days this Friday I'll be 39 Weeks. I just got a call from the receptionist that they have to reschedule my weekly appointment this Thursday to next week... What do I do? My insurance is Medicaid.. I just got a bill from February cause I had to go to ER.. If I have to give birth before next Thursday and my OB is not there are they gonna charge me the whole thing?? Really stressed out right now from money and lack of care. I mean come on I'm almost my due date. She hasn't even checked if I'm dilated..... Just really wanna cry..
