BD in a month?" /> I feel like people use the term "TTC" or "trying to conceive" loosely. How often are you and your SO doing the BD in a month?

How many times a month would you actually refer to it as "TRYING"? Comments please.....

The hubby and I only did it 3 times last month and not just when I was supposed to ovulate and I'm trying to explain to him that is not actually "TRYING".

It took me a long time to get that through to my SO. We on average BD twice a month and that's now near O since i started using opk. Good luck hope your SO isn't as stubborn as mine lol.

It's not so much about the number of times but the timing.  Best to pay attention to your ovulation and try to bd a few days leading up to it through a few days after your positive ovulation test kit- or if you don't use opk, if you bd every other day from cycle day 10 forward for about 10 days you'll likely cover it.
