Diarrhea and hemorrhoids at 39 weeks!

Ladies, I'm 39 weeks and have had cramping and my stomach gets hard before I go to the bathroom with some diarrhea and after a few times of this now I feel like I have hemorrhoids. But butthole feels swollen and it's so painful to poop even though it's soft. It stings! So sorry for the tmi. Is there anything that can help the pain? I don't even want to go the bathroom anymore.
