Extremely confused .... help !!!!

I'm so confused 😞 been having feelings of throwing up everyday when i wake up... been having non stop headaches... constantly peeing... cramping comes and goes and sharp pain on top of stomach on left side sometimes on the bottom middle...... got 2 negatives and one positive but got the one positive by leaving the test there till the morning without anyone touching it... I hate this.. I've been ttc after my miscarriage in March... what do you guys think? AF isn't due till the 23rd but so confused.
