When to BD with low sperm count
Hi ladies! My husband just had a SA done last week and it was not good. Only 10mil sperm 😞. I'm going into my fertile week tomorrow and I'm wondering how often to BD? I'm using a digital opk with month as opposed to the other kind. Oh and what's the best position to get the sperm closest? I got soft cups to try and help too. Thanks so much!!
