How to keep baby happy while awake

My LO is 4 weeks old. He has started staying awake for a couple hours at at time. He will be fine for about 15 mins here and there in his swing but most of the time we have to hold him but he's not happy. We've tried tummy time but it doesn't last long. Any tips, tricks, or advice on how to keep him content? Usually during these stretches of awake time we can't even step away to pee and can't eat and of course it's when we are starving lol. We are totally fine tending to him but it would be nice for him to be content on his on for more than 10-15 mins
