Can u get some advice on this please , ...?

We have been trying for August last year still no joy.  I've had tests gyny said  blood indicates pcos possibly had hsg done in May had clear tubes .? Partner had sperm test done October last year results weren't great count was 2 mil with 22% mobilty :( this was he's very first test! he also was born with two undersended testis I have a seven year old. my question is there any hope or do we wait for 2nd test or 3rd test?  if so what happens then ? Sorry so long thanks
