Can my twins withdrawal

Okay, Sooo they have had me on pain meds through about my whole pregnancy well I didn't feel the need for one yesterday but I started withdrawing, n I freaked out cause the twins where going crazy inside my belly moving aloud more then usual n I started to think can they be withdrawing sooo I took my meds n they calmed down....I'm just wondering can they withdrawal? I don't like my doc sooo I really don't wanna talk to him?
