Stretching ears while pregnant?

Any mommies out there have their ears stretched? Can you still stretch your ears while your pregnant? I've been stretching mine since January and I'm almost at my goal. Should I stop or can I keep going? Just want some input on this, I don't see why I couldn't continue but I didn't know if there was anything against it. I asked the doctor and she didn't understand what I was asking lol
