3 miscarriage's within a year and pregnant again. PCOS

Just found out I'm pregnant again after 3 miscarriage's which halpened before the 2nd month.

I suffer from PCOS and have lost weight so my BMI is about 29.

Hoping this time around everything will be ok.

Anyone of you ladies had similar experience please?
