The urge to feed

I'm currently pregnant with my 2nd baby 13+1. Every once an a while I'll have that tingling feeling in my breast like I did when I breastfed my son. I know I'm still early but why am I already feeling this!? Btw when I breastfed my son I literally could have fed the while neighborhood. I produced so much milk. Lol my mother is the same way. Anyone else experiencing this ?
