This is going to get very personal real quick! I don't know how to check my cervix....do you just put a finger up there? How do you know if it's soft, hard, open, closed....etc. Also, the whole changes in cervical mucous thing I've never been great at. I usually get a little bit of white stuff when I think I'm ovulating but that's about it. My dr told me ovulation cm should be clear and sticky but I've never had that in my life. If someone could help shed some light I would be very appreciative! Thanks!
