Help baby projectile vomit

So my baby is about 13 days old on day 2 we have been formula and breastfeeding about half and half. Im only getting about 3oz a day of breast milk  so the remainder is formula. Today he ate more than usual as he's been up more than usual but the last two times we have fed him he projectile vomited it all up. Idk what to do I found a can of similac sensitive I may try out. I tried to pump more but I only got an ounce. A little overwhelmed over here...
