I need your help!!😫😫

Okay so last year I ment this guy, let's call him Vincent. He's my neighbor and well I had feelings for him at the beginning but we never actually talked. So I just ignored him and stopped thinking about him. BUT then 2 weeks ago, he got a mail but wasn't home so  they gave it to me. Later he came for his mail, and he was joking and idk what,(the first time we actually talked) I was kind of happy but didn't put my hopes high.
