Colored food??

So, yesterday for lunch we went to this place called Superchef's and I ordered something called "The Hulk" it included green waffles. This morning I went to the bathroom and my poop is GREEN. Like, super green. I realized that I should have checked before eating something with artificial dye but I wasn't thinking. Have any of you heard anything about food coloring being bad for baby? Especially green? I'm 32 weeks.

Eating beets will make your poop turn red. I doubt artificial color will harm you, since we eat and drink artificial flavors and colors all the time, it just doesn't always show up in our stool. Certain red dyes though, I think #40 red dye, isn't recommended for children. Someone else might can comment on that further.

I doubt it's artificial it's probably food coloring made from another product. I'm sure you are fine.

It's probably not the best thing to eat bc it's artificial, but it's not dangerous. You're fine. 😊
