Ovulation or pregnant?

I had protected sex with a condom on day 6 of my cycle, last day. He did not ejaculate in me, condom didn't break. Period was light, more like CM tinged with blood. It is day 9 today. My fertile window will start 2 days from now, but I'm experiencing light cramps at my mid-pelvic area. What is happening? Is this normal? I have creamy cm now (more towards dry, nowhere near wet) in light amounts with slight bloating. No other symptoms.
