Endometriosis?? Lengthy.. But help me. PLEASE

I have been having problems over the past year. I've had a nagging pain on my right side. I was on depo (where my periods stopped), came off of it and my periods went back to normal. I had the skyla IUD put in, and that's when my problems started. I kept having normal periods only, I started urinating more frequently (and had the urge to urinate even if I couldn't). I would get a horrible sharp, knife like pain in my right side. The urinating problem subsided. I had the IUD removed in March, and the horrible pains have toned down quite a bit but I have a nagging pain on my right side. I don't cramp bad, just normal period cramps and I skipped one period after the removal, but they went back to normal (a little heavier than they were before but still 4 days long). I have pain with intercourse but I've noticed it's mostly when I'm on top or when he thrust hard and deep. They have decided to take my appendix out, saying this is the cause of my problems but while they're in there with the scope they're going to look for signs of endo. I am seriously freaking out. I am only 20 years old!! Has anyone else had these symptoms? Or have endo? And if so, what are your symptoms?
