Almost 4 months EBF & got period?

Question

My baby is going to be 4 months old in a few days and I'm pretty sure I got my period this morning, I woke up with light bleeding and mild cramps. I have been exclusively breastfeeding since day 1, is it normal to get my period this soon? When did other EBF mamas get their periods?

When I was breast feeding I got my period exactly a month after having my daughter. And then very regularly after that. I also didn't lose weight. My body hates me.

Absolutely normal. I got mine after 2 months and ebf. I was totally surprised but read some articles and everyone's different. Some start right away and some don't start until baby is weaned.
