Not really sure how to handle this

I'm just about 6 weeks pregnant haven't gone to the doc yet bc here we don't have free ultrasounds and things like that we have to wait til insurance going through or have at least 2000 to pay for a visit. But I've been reading a lot about chemical pregnancies and such now I'm really nervous that something is going to happen and I'm going to lose this baby. I've already had one miscarriage so I'm really starting to freak myself out
