Feeling nervous! I have been TTC for over 4 years, my appendix ruptured 7 years ago while I was pregnant, which led to a miscarriage. So before the rupture appendicitis I know I could get pregnant! I've been with my husband for 11 years now and we are getting disappointed! Turned to a fertility doctor last year, my HSG came back normal, all blood work came back normal as well as my husband! We can't help but feel discouraged at this point! How do you think I should move forward in this process?? Thank you for any advice in advance!

I got pregnant the first month of ttc back in october but sadly it ended in a mmc and required a d&c. My husband and I have been trying again for almost 5 months but it hasn't happened yet. Do you have any tips? Could the d&c have affected my fertility?

I have been "not trying not preventing" for over 1 year. Then for the last 11 cycles have been trying. I have regular cycles. HSG has come back normal. I track my cm and I believe I'm ovulating. Would I be a candidate for clomid?

Just finished my first round of letrozole and a trigger shot. The doctor said I had really good follicles. I thought this would have worked the first cycle. Do u think letrozole usually works and should I ask for a higher dose or go straight to iui? The doctor is making us skip the next cycle. Ugh I don't get why. But hoping something work!

I've used the NuvaRing twice. The first time I stopped, my cycle regulated after the first month. I stopped using it again in January and have had 45+ day cycles. My temperatures have been all over the place. Is it possible that I'm not ovulating? What would my next step be?

I am about to start working with one of your colleagues at the Waltham office and couldn't be more excited! I have very specific questions that I will ask him. However, as a PCOS patient who is normal weight, what do you recommend I do in order it best ready my body for treatments (or give me any best chances)?

I currently eat vegetarian by choice and so my doctor in CO (just moved) recommended a diet high in vegetables and low in fruits. No processed sugars, no grains. Seeds, nuts, eggs were all recommended. I initially lost weight, but have equalized at what I feel is a healthy weight and well within the normal weight range for my height.

Also, my husband had low volume, but otherwise good sperm at our last sperm analysis. Is there anything he can do to help increase volume and/or maintain healthy sperm production?

I came off the pill before Christmas and had a few normal periods but now it's been 13 weeks since my last. I've done multiple pregnancy tests and they're all negative. I'm considering going to my doctor but I'm trying not to worry.

I just finished my first round of clomid on sunday and i took ovulation test and was confused because some looked darker than others. I go back tomorrow to check to see if my follcules are matured and will give me trigger shot. I have PCOS do you think i will have a good chance or will this help me to get pregant? Im also a type 1 diabetic and my sugars been stable since. I had one miscarrage back in January. Been convicing since two years now and im hoping something will help. Im trying not to get my hopes up
