Need Stroller Advice

I just recently noticed how expensive strollers can get. So I guess it's time to start preparing to make the big purchase of one. I was thinking of getting this pretty blue one from Graco. I read plenty of reviews and it said the wheels weren't too durable. Which isn't so great with me because I travel a lot by trolley and bus and walk everywhere. I have stores close by and transit stations too so I avoid the car a lot. I also go the zoo constantly. So I need a real durable stroller with good wheels for concrete. I loved the color and the whole click in features, the fact that I can use it from the time baby is born to when he's a toddler. But the reviews about the wheels discouraged me. Anyhow I put it here as an example of a nice stroller would be. So anyone know of any good durable stroller for lots of concrete use?
