I need advice

So my husband and I would love to move to virgina because the cost of living and property/taxes are so much cheaper than they are here in PA. However, I'm 34 weeks and 4 days pregnant. He's been wanting to move for a little while now but I said next spring once we are settled with the baby. But we keep finding properties down there that spark our interest to move now but I'm not sure I wanna move when the baby is 2-3 months old. (By the time we sell our current house and buy in virgina-it would be a couple of months till we move) I'm just not sure I'm ready to be a mom without our family and friends nearby. It would be a 4 1/2 hour drive. Do you think we should put our house on the market and get ready to make a move or wait till next spring? What would you guys do?? Not to mention I would have to find new doctors!
