Life insurance..

So am 21 years old and would very much love a family of my own am ttc#1. So I was thinking about taking life insurance out, just in case if a was to pass away and did have children they would have something, but is that silly of me as am only 21? Btws am from the UK so it's a lot different to other countries and not many people my age think about life insurance. But would it be a good idea or am I foolish for thinking about it.
