Negative ovulation test no period

Ok ladies all month I have been testing for ovulation and I never got a positive. Let me just say for all of my life except one time in 2010 I didn't get a period for like 3 months something like that. But except for that one time I get my period every 28 days. My question is should I see a doctor did not get a surge on ppl and also no period. I don't have any pregancy symptoms in have been taking pregancy tests everyday they all say negative. What should I do from here?
