Super tight

Okay so being a 22 year old working and going to school, and my boyfriend having a crazy work schedule, we only get to see each other once every week or so. The sex is fantastic and he's very gentle and understanding, and there's no shortage of lubrication, but I'm always extremely tight. Not as bad as when I lost my virginity, but still really tight. And I'm always sore afterword. Does this happen to anyone else? Are there any solutions? :/
