Advice needed - 6 months of miscarriage

It has been 6 months since finding out I had a missed miscarriage and finally getting confirmation my hcg levels are below 5. Has anyone else had a miscarriage go for this long? Is it normal? I want to be a mum so badly and now worried something may be wrong with me and might not be able to get pregnant . Would love to hear any positive stories of anyone else this has happened to or any advice to get my body ready to conceive again.
