How often do you bathe your baby?

How often do you give your baby a bath, and what products do you use?

So this might sound counterintuitive but just wanted to offer up a bit of advice for those of you concerned about your baby having drying skin etc. I'm a dermatologist and also a mommy of 2 little ones. Your baby doesn't really need to be bathed that frequently at this age. That is what will actually cause their skin to be dry by stripping the natural oils off their body. They don't sweat or really get dirty at this age and you should be minimizing how much you are bathing them in full water etc. use a wet washcloth or soft sponge if you need to but otherwise no more than once every 4-5 days is really necessary. Their skin will thank you.

Once a week but he's only 3 weeks and not a spitter upper.

Every other day so his skin doesnt dry out and I use Johnson and Johnson head to toe and baby lotion after the bath

We wash our 5 week old every 4-5 days. I do wipe down his creases every night though with Johnson and Johnson hand and face wipes 😊

Usually every 3 days. In between on days we don't bath I take a warm cloth and wipe under his chin/neck, his hands etc.

Every day. Part of our bedtime routine. We use Cerave wash and lotion. Aveno baby shampoo.

When she was first born we only did like twice a week and then at about 3 weeks we would every 2 days and now shes 5 weeks and me and her just take baths together. It's great.

Every 4 days, if I bathe her anymore than that then her skin gets really dry. She's not getting dirty at this age so she doesn't need them anymore than that.

We're averaging once a week and use babygancics unscented soap.
