21 day blood test

Hi there! Who's has had a 21 day blood test? And what was the serum progesterone level? Mine came back as 24 and I'm really confused if I've ovulated or not as lots of web searches says different things.. My last blood test came back as 1 so I know didn't ovulate last month 😢.  My partner also has very low sperm count and poor mobility so we know we going to have to go down the IVF route.
