General TTC question

Hi everyone. My fertile window was the beginning of this week and my husband and I tried Monday and Wednesday. Late last night and today I've had mild back pain. It feels like the pain I get when I am pre menstrual. Does this mean I didn't conceived? Or is it a possible early symptom? The waiting game is rough. We have been trying for 3 months.
