TMI passed this morning. I bled for 8 days post D&e then nothing for over a week then I started spotting. I have been sitting heavier and heavier for 21 days then this morning i passed this. It's hard and tissue like. Any one have a similar experience?

Amanda, I wonder if this is why it's taken so long for your levels to go down?

I'm pretty convinced I have retained tissue. I finally got a blood draw last week (6w post loss) and my numbers were 33. I know I'm still not under 25 so they must be going slow.

My uterus still feels heavy and I've been spotting randomly.

Did you end up going to the doctor? What did they say?

I did! After my loss spotting went on for ages, then during my next ??period?? I passed 2 pieces of tissue like this. I assumed it was retained products. But it could also bedecidua

I'd call your OB... That could be retained placental "products." I had a D&C immediately following my stillbirth and then again two weeks after because I was passing huge chunks of tissue. It was painful as all get out too. Better safe than sorry, id call and mention it and see what they say.
