Swollen! Help? Preeclampsia?

I am 25wks-3 and I have been excessively swollen in my hands and feet for the past week 1/2, pretty much 24/7. I know being swollen is a pregnancy symptom obviously, but this early and this often? Everyday 24/7? Is anyone experiencing this also? I need comfort and opinions because I'm thinking the worst, preeclampsia. Anyone ever have preeclampsia and know more signs? My blood pressure has been good so far from my appointments.

Swelling is normal yes but swelling all day everyday is not...they say if the swelling has not reduced by morning that you shld call doc. I experience swelling by midday..worse by night but by morning it has gone down but my last pregnancy i had swelling all day everyday due to high BP n was induced at 39 weeks bc of it. Not saying this is your issue however i wld reccomend at least calling your doctor to see what they have to say...blessings!

Blurred vision.. Swelling.. Protein in the urine samples of 5+ or more.. Elevated blood pressure of 160/120 two times at rest in a 6 hour period. These are the signs you need to watch for. Swelling super fast is another.. It's normal to swell durring pregnancy and if your being active and in the heat. But swelling fast is dangerous.

I too began swelling around 24 weeks. If I wear strapped sandals, you really see it in my feet. I brought it up to my ob and he said everything else was fine. Surprisingly, the more water you drink, the less swelling you'll experience. Wear comfy clothes (maternity shops have lots of flowy tops) and flip flops. Try to keep cool. Some days will be worse than others. Feel better.
